Qualified Foreman/Carpenter

At Ferne Built we pride ourselves on quality over quantity. 

We are seeking;

A qualified foreman, who will be responsible for managing multiple builds and donning the nail bag.

With 5-6years experience the successful applicant will be required to:

·         Lead the team to complete specific projects.

·         Oversee training of new crew members.

·         Communicate to project managers/supervisors.

·         Read plans and specs.

·         Ensure quality work and correct practices.

·         Actively build.

You will demonstrate: 

·         Strong knowledge of the trade.

·         Communications skills.

·         Strong leadership.

·         Ability to lead by example.

·         Ability to educate new employees.

·         Planning and staying on timeline.

·         Budgeting.
